charmed by the hotel
perfect location great restaurant historical architecture
The location proved perfect. Everything felt so close. the restaurant was great, i liked the food. the building is beautiful with a fantastic, historical architecture.

comfortable bed nice linens front desk travel inflammation
The room had nice linens and a comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower impressed me. Isabelle at the front desk sent macarons to my room. The sauna relieved my travel inflammation. It felt soothing.
The A/C did not drop below 75°F.

central location easy exploration great atmosphere broken toilet unacceptable situation big queue
the location felt very central. it was easy to explore many places. the downstairs bar had a great atmosphere , and the bartenders were friendly. we also used the spa room , and the sauna was a relaxing way to end our nights.
the toilet flush broke . i asked twice for it to be fixed , but nothing happened. we could not flush the toilet , which was unacceptable. there was also only one staff member at the front desk to deal with check out , and there was a big queue.
