The room had nice linens and a comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower impressed me. Isabelle at the front desk sent macarons to my room. The sauna relieved my travel inflammation. It felt soothing.

the location felt very central. it was easy to explore many places. the downstairs bar had a great atmosphere , and the bartenders were friendly. we also used the spa room , and the sauna was a relaxing way to end our nights.
the toilet flush broke . i asked twice for it to be fixed , but nothing happened. we could not flush the toilet , which was unacceptable. there was also only one staff member at the front desk to deal with check out , and there was a big queue.

The kettle was located inside a cabinet. This struck me as both unsanitary and inconvenient. basic amenities were also missing from the bathroom, necessitating repeated contact with the front desk to secure essentials.
